Description
Modern type 22 radiators with side connection are in demand and popular due to their versatility. Models of this type consist of:
- two steel panels;
- two built-in convectors between the panels.
Device of radiators of type 22 Compact Modern
Modern radiator panels are made of steel with a thickness of 1,2 mm, they are characterized by high heat transfer and low inertia: they heat up quickly and, if necessary, cool down quickly. A pair of convectors built between the heating panels is made of corrugated steel sheets (steel thickness is 0,4 mm). The U-shaped shape of the convectors creates streams of warm air that rise along the "ribs" and heat the room.
The side connection is standard and the most reliable. With this method, even large radiators are heated evenly in the upper and lower parts.
Modern radiators are manufactured with welded Hook/Standart mounting elements.
Application
Radiators of type 22 Compact Modern with side connection are recommended for any type of premises – residential, office, administrative. The calculation of the required power and the number of radiators is carried out taking into account the volume of premises, climatic conditions and heat loss (external walls, windows, the proximity of the ground and roof).
Technical characteristics of Modern type 22 radiators with side connection:
- maximum working pressure 1,0 MPa;
- test pressure 1,5 MPa;
- the maximum temperature of the coolant is 120 °C;
- height 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 mm;
- length from 400 to 3000 mm in increments of 100 mm.
Equipment
The delivery set of decorative radiators includes:
- radiator - 1 pc.;
- bleed screw - 1 pc.;
- blind plug - 1 pc.;
- mounting brackets - 4 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators with a length from 400 mm to 1600 mm, 6 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators with a length from 1700 mm to 3000 mm;
- packaging (plastic corners and pads, two layers of shrink film);
- a product certificate.
For radiators with a height of 200 mm, only floor brackets are used and are purchased separately!!!
The warranty service life of Modern radiators is 10 years.
