Description
The most powerful models belong to the radiators of the type 30 Compact. They are available with welded Hook/Standart mounting elements.
Their features are:
- three heating panels;
- air outlet grate;
- side decorative panels.
Radiator device type 30 Compact
The radiator heating panels are welded from 08YU steel using high-frequency contact welding technology, which ensures the reliability of the seams. The panels warm the room and give heat to convectors, which enhance the heating effect by directing warm air flows into the room. The side connection further increases the efficiency of type 30 radiators, since this method of installation creates a natural flow inside the panels and they are evenly heated over the entire area-both in the lower part and in the upper part.
Application
Radiators of type 30 Compact are recommended for installation in residential, office and administrative premises of a large area, as well as in rooms facing the street corners.
Dimensions and technical characteristics
At the LEMAX manufacturing plant, type 30 radiators with side connection are available in the following sizes and technical characteristics:
- internal thread of holes for connection to heating mains - G1/2" - B;
- maximum working pressure of 1,0 MPa;
- test pressure 1,5 MPa;
- the maximum temperature of the coolant is 120°C;
- height 300, 400, 500, 600 mm;
- length is from 400 to 3000 mm at a pitch of 100 mm.
Equipment
The scope of delivery of radiators of type 30 Compact includes:
- radiator-1 pc.;
- L-shaped bracket - 2 pcs . - for radiators up to 1700 mm long, 3 pcs. - for radiators over 1700 mm long; radiators with a height of 200 mm are not equipped with brackets;
- bleed screw - 1 pc.;
- blind plug - 1 pc.;
- mounting brackets - 4 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators up to 1700 mm long, 6 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators with a length of more than 1700 mm;
- packaging (plastic corners and pads, two layers of shrink film);
- a product certificate.
The manufacturer's warranty for Type 30 Compact radiators is 10 years.
