Radiators of type 20 consist of two heating panels through which the coolant circulates.
The panels have six holes with a G1/2"-B thread. Two holes are designed for the bottom connection of the radiator to the heating networks at the floor level, four more holes are located in each corner of the radiator.
MODERN radiators are manufactured with welded Hook/Standart mounting elements.
Operational characteristics of radiators 20 of the Valve Compact MODERN type:
- maximum working pressure 1,0 MPa;
- test pressure 1,5 MPa;
- the maximum temperature of the coolant is 120 °C.
Equipment
The delivery set of decorative radiators includes:
- radiator - 1 pc.;
- L-shaped bracket-2 pcs. - for radiators with a length of 400 mm to 1600 mm, 3 pcs. - for radiators with a length of 1700 mm to 3000 mm;
- bleed screw - 1 pc.;
- blind plug - 1 pc.;
- built - in valve Danfoss RA-N 013G1382*;
- mounting brackets - 4 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators with a length from 400 mm to 1600 mm, 6 pcs. (dowel-screw) for radiators with a length from 1700 mm to 3000 mm;
- packaging (plastic corners and pads, two layers of shrink film);
- a product certificate.
The warranty service life of MODERN radiators is 10 years. Such a high indicator is achieved by the choice of reliable materials, technological production and quality control.
Materials: cold-rolled steel of the 08YU brand, soil and paint materials PPG.
Production: radiators are manufactured on the automated equipment of the Italian concern Leas of the latest generation.
Quality control: MODERN radiators comply with GOST 31311 - 2005. During the production process, the radiators undergo interoperative control and mandatory testing with a pressure 1,5 times higher than the working pressure.
In the range of the MODERN series, radiators with two panels are presented in a wide variety of sizes:
- height 300, 400, 500, 600 mm;
- length from 400 to 3000 mm in increments of 100 mm.
