Description
Valve Compact type 10 radiators are the most compact heating devices in the LEMAX Premium line. They are available with welded mounting elements.
Radiators with a lower VC connection are available with the right location of the lower holes for connection to the heating system. Radiators with the left location of the lower holes for connection to the heating system are available on request.
A special feature of the Valve Compact type is the lower connection of the radiators. This modern method of installation allows you to disguise the pipes of the heating main and meets the requirements for a concise and stylish design of the premises.
The device of radiators 10 of the Valve Compact type
Radiators of the Valve Compact type 10 consist of:
- one steel panel with a heat carrier;
- six holes for the lower connection to the heating networks. Two holes are used for connecting at the floor level, four more are located in the corners of the radiator.
Operational characteristics:
- height 300, 400, 500, 600 mm;
- length is from 400 to 3000 mm at a pitch of 100 mm;
- maximum working pressure 1,0 MPa;
- test pressure 1,5 MPa;
- the maximum temperature of the coolant is 120 °C.
Equipment
The scope of delivery of Valve Compact type 10 radiators includes:
- radiator-1 pc.;
- bleed screw-1 pc.;
- blind plug-2 pcs.;
- built-in valve Danfoss RA-N 013G1382* - 1 pc.;
- packaging (plastic corners and pads, two layers of shrink film);
* for radiators with a lower connection (VC), equipped with a built-in valve Danfoss RA-N 013G1382, thermal heads are recommended: Danfoss RTR-C 013G7070, Danfoss OEM / RTR 013G7097, Danfoss Eco 014G1003.
Quality Assurance
LEMAX Premium 10 Type radiators of the Valve Compact type comply with GOST 31311-2005.
The quality and high reliability of the radiators are ensured:
- using cold-rolled steel of the 08YU brand from the best Russian manufacturers;
- production on the Italian equipment Leas;
- multi-stage surface preparation for painting;
- using the soil and paint materials of the PPG corporation;
- a multi-stage quality control system.
The manufacturer's warranty for LEMAX Premium radiators is 10 years.
